Kilbirnie 3 bed bungalow - exterior paint - some prep already done
Job description
120m2 house in Kilbirnie requires external paint job. Sadly my Dad passed away a couple of weeks ago in the middle of a big project - painting his house! We'd like to finish the job before we sell the house - ideally by mid-March if possible. A lot of the prep work has been done - the back has been sanded, filled and primed, and two of the sides have had bits and pieces done. The front is in reasonably good condition as it was painted more recently. The guttering has all been removed ready to paint. We haven't bought the paint yet, but know the colour scheme Dad wanted. If it is helpful, Dad had bought some scaffolding (photo attached) that is available for use.

Fernando and his team were awesome! They squeezed my job in at short notice, and got the work done earlier than I expected. Excellent finish, great attention to detail. They were really respectful of the site - cleaning up every day before they left. Fernando gave great advice on colours and little details, and was empathetic and responsive to the fact they were finishing off a job that my Dad wasn't able to finish before he passed away. Thank you Fernando and team!
