Inside renovation - painting

My partner and I are currently renovating a rental property. We have run out of time and it needs to be completed this weekend. An extra hand would be good to get this completed. What we would like someone to do is prep and paint a small but double bedroom and the kitchen walls. We have the paint. It is currently wallpaper and is not in the best condition so some prep work will need to be done like sanding or plaster or something (Im not sure how its done!). House is in plimmerton.
