Fill all holes gaps where nails removed, dents, and marks on the walls and sand them Scrape and sand all the surrounding windows, doors, skirting Prime window surroundss, doors and skirting Spot prime on the walls where necessary Apply finishing coats Job Walls approx 250 sqm (cool, white matt emulsion) Repair 5-10m skirting Repaint skirting approx 90 m (satin white) Repaint 8 doors (satin white) Repair and paint around 7 windows Repaint inside main door

Theo and his guys did an absoutely fantastic job in double quick time. As a remote landlord, it's always a concern when you hire someone, but Theo was in communication every step of the way, checking decisions and sending photos of the work at the end of each day. An absolutely brilliant guy to work with and I'd heartily recommend him.
