Fence Painting

We are preparing our house for sale and the fencing requires painting. It is made up of 25 panels (approx 230cm in length and between 120cm-150cm in height) The majority is black but the top plank is white The top plank needs painting on all the of panels However, not every panel needs painting (some are hidden behind bushes/trees) Some may need painting on both sides. There is also 1 gate and 1 gate frame plus the front retaining fence. Would also be interested in getting the chimney flue tidied up Looking to get work complete in the next week or 2 if possible
