Painter Required for final touch ups in Heritage Apartment

4 bedroom heritage apartment in Newtown - our walls and ceilings only are currently being worked on by a strengthening contractor, so we need someone to finish off the rest of the apartment in the more detailed areas. Will involve sanding and painting sash windows and skirtings in white (some are currently green so will need a few coats, others already white) + painting doors and door jams black (most are currently green) & possibly painting one small kitchen cupboard white (currently laminate green). We estimate it will take about a week given the detailed areas needing attention.
