Paint internal of empty house in Brooklyn

We've bought a house in Brooklyn and would like the inside painted before we move in. We get the keys on 16 September and want to move in ideally around 30 September. The house will be empty so hopefully it will be a relatively easy job. It's a three bedroom house, 110 square metres. The bedrooms and the lounge are a priority - those rooms are quite dark at the moment and we want to go lighter so I gather it'll be three coats. If time is too tight we may skip the bathroom and kitchen/dining which I think have been done more recently. It has Carrara ceilings in most the rooms, there's some water staining from roof leaks in a few places. We're hoping to arrange access with the current owners, otherwise at the moment we have some photos from the real estate listing and the builders report.
