Bran's house interior transformation

This 1990's 3-bed house is 95sq.m and every wall needs painting. Most are in reasonable condition but there are a lot of holes where pictures have been hung, as well as some dings in old paintwork. Ceilings are low (2400) and are slightly textured; it would be great if they can be sanded, or otherwise made smooth. Windows are aluminium so no painting needed. House currently empty - no furniture - and we'd like job done in July before anyone moves in.
