Small Bathroom ceiling. Approx. 1.5m x 2.8m Your job: clean, sand, prime and two top coats with a durable moisture resistant and washable ceiling paint (water or oil based). Overall very good condition as pictured but want refreshed where shower steam has caused one small spot to peel. Will be installing shower dome to prevent reoccurring.
