Exterior repaint of 1950s bungalow

We've just bought out first home and it's badly in need of a repaint. Approx 80m2 single level house clad in native timber weatherboards. Good access on all sides of the building and shouldn't need too much in the way of scaffolding. Condition of current paint is very poor with extensive peeling on two sides plus some rust bleeding through from nails on one side. Would be a bonus if you care also able to replace a couple of rotting pieces of timber around two of the windows. If not we can get a builder in to do that work in advance of the painting. Timeframe is ASAP. Trying to avoid another winter's rain falling on exposed weatherboards!
