My house needs re-painting

My house was last re-painted in 2010. It's a smallish two bedroom place but the back part is on a slope so I imagine scaffolding would be needed. I'm looking for a painter who's aware of the importance of preparation work, especially around the windows. And the south and south-west sides have quite a bit of lichen which needs to be removed first. There is no urgency for this job but obviously it would be best for it to be done before winter. The sitting room window sills could also do with re-painting - this is an optional extra.
