The north side of our house (1900s villa) needs quite a few weatherboards replaced, along with the lounge and dining windows fully replaced (both frames are rotten and windows are painted/screwed shut). Not sure of condition of framing behind rotten weatherboards but may need work. Access to that side of the house is narrow (1m - 2m then drops off down a retaining wall) and the wall height is approx 6m from ground to roof (one storey house but it's on a slope). Length of the wall is about 10m. One window is 1.4mx1.4m, the other is 1.4mx1.9m. They are timber windows and we want to fully replace each window (frame and all) with similar timber windows (either new or second hand depending on cost). After this has been done we want to get it painted at the same time (mainly to save on scaffolding costs).
