4 apartment character building requiring external painting

Looking for an experienced painter to paint a four apartment, 1920's character building in Wellington. The building is weatherboard exterior and double storey and we would like a paint which comes with some extended time warranty, e.g. 10 - 15 years. There is work to be done to prepare the building for new paint and we would like this all included in the quote. Many thanks.
