Paint two-storey house and roof before mid-Jan 2019

We'd like our two-storey house in Karori painted before it goes on the market in January or February 2019. The top floor is weatherboards and the paint is in poor condition. The ground floor is stucco and was professionally waterproofed with Equus products by Mesh Coating Limited in 2009. Other than the windows and doors, there may not be much/anything to do on the ground floor. We'd also like a price for the roof to be painted please. Ideally, we'd like the work to be complete by mid-January 2019.
