Window and frame repaint. Balustrade and newly lined ceiling.
Job description
Updated requirements. We have some sash windows and frame plus a door frame that needs repainting.The windows have old peeling paint that needs either removing or tidying. We will also require some new jib painted in two rooms and new skirting done. Also we need the balustrade tidied and stained as per the pics. I’m available to meet Wednesday afternoon for viewing.

For what we needed which was some quick finishing work to make ready for sale Duc and the team were perfect. Quoted Wednesday, started Thursday, finished Friday. Could have tidied up a little better but considering the speed of the work and price this wasn't a biggy as we had to clean for sale anyway.
