Ceiling - clean (mound treatment), prep, seal and paint. Plaster surface, overall rough so not seeking perfection. Important part is good quality sealing (min two sealer coats). Min two top coats of quality ceiling paint. 20sq metre ceiling plus wall area above picture rail 700mm height. Not urgent.
