Two small bedrooms refresh
Job description
We need to renovate two small bedrooms between tenancy. Ideally we have everything done by 17th March. Room 1: approx 22.5 sqm wall area, remove existing wallpaper (already peeling), close gaps and prepare for wall papering, apply ingrain wallpaper, paint off-white. Room 2: approx 26sqm wall area, remove 5sqm wallpaper (the rest should be okay to paint over), prep as above, paint off-white. Please provide materials (if you can provide them) as a separate line item.

We needed two bedrooms and a bathroom renovated. This involved old wallpaper being taken off, some plaster repairs and new lining paper fitted. Walls, windows and ceiling needed new paint. Theo was quick to assess the job (same day) and very accurate in his estimates. He even added some work at no extra charge! Communication was easy and prompt. We got excellent advice and were not pressured to make decision quickly. The job was finished in time and to a high standard. We couldn’t be happier!
