Hallway ceiling of approx 8 sqm. Will require attention to prep as existing paint is peeling in places. Bathroom requires total repaint. There has been mould on the ceiling so will want prep again (it has had a bleach wash) and priming and painting with a mould-resistant bathroom-specific paint. This will be ceiling and walls, including some repair of slight damage. Floor area approx 11sqm. Will include repaint of window frames/sills, and a laundry tub, but basic white will do on those. Window sills/frames: Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Immediate start
