Last Shitty Owner Smoked ! I need to be beautiful again

The last lovely owner of this villa was DISGUSTING and smoked in the house and it stinks like hell. I am cleaning it floor to ceiling and throwing everything out that's not solid. I need a painter that actually cares, isn't a jerk, and won't rip me off. Happy to pay a painting team to get the job done so its awesome and you are proud to have done the job.
