Clean, prime and paint cedar cladding - difficult access

Wanting the top cedar cladding at the back as well as front of the house cleaned, primed and painted. Access is tricky due to glass front and back porches, not sure the best way to have this done and whether even scaffolding needed Wanting to paint simply due to access and not wanting to repeat this each year with oiling This obviously won’t be able to happen till it’s a bit drier time of year but hoping to lock in a job now for what I suspect would be for September onwards
