Selling/renting home painting touch ups

We have a home with kids we are preparing to sell/rent so needs to be touched up. Approximately 4 walls (see attached photos) need to be repainted/touched up and some corners need to be touched up. We need a quote within 5% of accuracy to ensure no cost blowout. Happy to provide more photos or allow for an in person visit if required. We are in Henderson, Auckland
