Painting and touch-ups after renovations

Undercoat and topcoat to approx 13m of full-height walls and 10m of half-height (lower half only after flood repairs). Colour matching ideally but most painting will be to corners so the match doesn't have to be super-precise. Two ceiling areas approx 40 sqm. A few other spot-fixes and some skirting boards that can be discussed. Everything has been plastered and sanded to paint finish. Might need some minor sanding in a couple of spots but otherwise just needs a wipe-down before painting.
