Job description
All my rentals (and trusted tradies) are out East Auckland and don't work out west so l need to get a price to: a) Chemwash then prepare and paint the exterior of walls and base. (Not joinery or roof, they are both powdercoated/ aluminum) b) Separate price to waterblast the front timber deck at the same time as needed.

Richie and his crew did everything they said they would do (including washing the deck for free - thank you Richie!) We were kept informed of progress regularly, and everything was done on time and to an excellent standard. I am a fussy person and I could not fault their workmanship, am very happy to recommend AKN Painters as great value, efficient, professional and excellent workmanship
