Ceilings remedy and tiling floor remedy

Bathrooms x2 ceilings need remedy as moisture has made paint peel off. Expert cleaning and removing excess grout on floor tiling. The kitchen and entrance both have been affected by old grout. We do need to make the floors sparkle again. 2x lounges ceiling lights were replaced but old paint has come to the surface. I have been told to remedy all the lights. 20. The best option is to paint ceilings as a one-off. I am including photos of the small remedies that should be done using paint. I have paint already.
