Lincon road, 80 sqm, 3 bedrooms painting job

This is a 80sqm, 3 bedrooms house, aluminum joinery. Some plastering job may require. The house is vacant. The previous tenant is a smoker. The solution to block the smoke smell is require. I would need a standard 1 undercoat and two top coats painting. Color choice Dulux Ceiling white, black white color for ceiling Dulux Wash& Wear Pus , quarter tea color for walls. Dulux Semi gloss Aquanamel, black white color for trim, doors and bathroom I'm a project manager and work with property managers. I look for long term work partner for painting job. Please advise your quote to me.
