Exterior painting (tidy up)

We selling our house in Cambridge and have been advised by the real estate agent on a few jobs that need to be completed. Couple little pieces of skinny timber ( 1 piece missing) might need to be replaced around chimney before paint. We need our chimney painted white. 1x coat should be fine. (As long as it looks decent). Our barge boards around our house needs to be tidied up so it looks nicer. It’s only 3 sides of the house out of 4 that needs to be done (there is no barge board on front of the house. One corner will need to be bogged up. We will need these painted brown again. Only a small house so not a major. Like I said we selling the house so don’t need to go all out with multiple coats just needs to look more tidy.
