Paint touch ups needed in new Cambridge home.

We have a few interior paint touch ups that we need. One looks like a defect from when the house was painted and the other two we suspect were caused by our movers when we moved in. We can supply the paint as our builder left us the original paint. There is a shiny around surrounding two of the chips, presumably from where they have been partially filled. We are not wanting to spend more than $50 in total for the touch ups as it will be more economical to do it ourselves if it ends up being too expensive. Please see photos. Thanks!
