Quality plaster and paint touch-ups for internal walls in rental house

I am exiting a rental property and there are a few pen marks, scuffs, and some plaster chips that need repairing and painting. It feels like the landlord is going to be difficult, so I want a great job done so there are no issues with the bond. I return the keys after Easter Monday (Tues 3rd April), and would need repairs complete by then.
