I have a 3brm rental property with long-term tenants about to move out. There has been a fair amount of "wear and tear" on the interior walls etc. I would like to have some interior painting done to smarten the house up before advertising for new tenants. Most walls are currently wallpapered. I am unsure of the most economical and efficient way to manage this...i.e to simply paint over the wallpaper or strip back and start again? There may be minor surface repairs to be carried out as well.
