Small patch up/paint job

I had a small internal leak (now sorted) in my living room resulting in some discolouration and minor cracks in one beam. There is also some small (unrelated) cracking at the end of the beam, and a patch on the wall where tape has removed paint. All three pictured below. Hoping to get them plastered/painted asap as my house is currently on the market.
