Looking for quotes to strip and prime/spot prime 74sqm 1930s weatherboard house from bargeboards to foundations. Excluding windows. Poor paint condition with some lead paint that needs to be contained. Fairly straight forward prep job.

Joe himself is a good honest guy to deal with. First staff member was unqualified for the job and set things backwards. The next two were pretty good but there was a few cases of poor communication. Some little bits never got finished so I gave up chasing, paid up and finished it off myself.

"Definitely not our best work. I sent a painter to strip paint from weatherboards who somehow managed to actually literally burn the weatherboards in the process so we had to replace them. Definitely a good reason NOT to hire staff that have only been doing EQC work previously."
