70.5 m2 corrugated roofing iron, 2 x valley, 4 x hip , 15 degree pitch. Single story small 1 Bedroom built 1957. Paint needs to be stripped back in 50% of area as rust coming through. Rust prevent/treat coat /prime / top coats.
