This one-bedroom unit of 48 sq m has painted gib walls. Consists of Lounge, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and bedroom and a short hallway. Current condition is average to good, so it looks like a "clean, sand, paint" job. The carpets and vinyl will stay in place. Owner can assist with material and tool purchase and with some support labour like moving drop sheets and as general gofer. We get the key on 30 September and would like the job done by 8 October. The unit is one of 73 freehold dwellings in Perrinpark Retirement Village. There is some carpentry (attic stairs and new shower) as well as some plumbing (new toilet) and electrical work (mainly extra wall sockets) occurring at times so some coordination will be required. The wall socket work will be done on day 1 or 2 to allow time to repair the cuts in the gib for the new wiring. Only 2 colours at most.
