Minor plaster and repaint internal house walls

Wanting to freshen up a house that has been tenanted by fixing any damages to plaster and repainting the internal walls. 1) Would like to get an idea as to how bad the current paintworkt is from a painters respective and hence how much work is needed and whether all rooms need a repaint or not. 2) There are some key damaged areas in the hallway that need addressing otherwise it will largely general wear and tear (things being put up on walls, old patch paintwork repairs etc.). However would like a discussion once you have had a look to talk through options and level of work that is needed as a minimum. 3) The internal garage also likely needs a repaint (and sanding/ tidy up of past patches) 4) there is a orange star decal that will need to be removed in one bedroom (whether or not this room is painted) Note: I am not available on site, so will need a person that is open to good honest communication and dealing with my local property agent. Also to advise the property is currently vacant so makes things easy from a painting perspective (flooring is carpet) Timeframe is asap (next week would be ideal) as need this work done before photos can be taken for relisting/sale.
