Te Kauwhata Bungalow - Full Exterior Painting & Roof

Full exterior paint + roof painting including timber windows / window surrounds. 1940's weatherboard bungalow (floor area is roughly 110sqm) with masonry block to garage area on sloping section. Current paint is in average condition, hoping a waterblast and light sand is sufficient prep. Two coats of Resene Exterior Paint system, with two colours (light grey & darker grey to chimney, masonry & vertical cladding at eaves) with white trim. Roof is corrugated iron, and will have new roof nails and all rust patches treated to be painted in dark charcoal colour. Will require scaffolding as the rear of the house is 2 stories high. There are some trimming members to bottom of weatherboards that require replacement due to rot so ability to do this is a plus, however, if needed we can arrange a builder to replace these (they will require access via to scaffolding). Would like a fixed price, fully itemized quote, including scaffolding. The replacement of the timber boards can be separate from the painting quote.
