Double storied attached home (one of the old HNZ homes) weatherboard. 100m2 repaint. From the untrained eye I would say it's a little overdue but no obvious rotting signs, just chipping and expected weathering to weatherboards. Would like a price including scaffolding and not including. Paint type/colour tbc as I am matching the neighbour's. Address is 24 somerset street, Watlington 7910
