BACKGROUND House is a 1938 bungalow. It was relocated here, in 2000(?). Lounge, bathroom, laundry and kitchen were all re-decorated by previous owner. THIS JOB: Strip wallpaper and paint 3 bedrooms and a hallway. Wallpaper is old and peeling already. COLOUR My preference at this moment, is neutral whites or greys. OBJECTIVE Just an update of the rooms. No other plans to sell. TIMEFRAME Completed by the end of May 2023. FINANCE IS AVAILABLE.
