Hall and entrance walls are being skimcoated to paint finish early September - I need 3 quotes: 1) for the pigmented sealer coat only 2) for sealer coats plus two topcoats 3) for 2) plus one coat on ceiling. Need to be able to start mid September or earlier depending on plasterer. Several doorways and ranchslider so not a huge amount of wall. No trim.
