Repair paint patch on ceiling

We have had a minor roof leak due to the recent wild weather and it has damaged a small area of the paint on the bedroom ceiling (it has bubbled). We need this repaired and repainted asap this week coming would be preferred. It has to be done well before our final house inspection on the 27th of this month, when we will be moved out. We also have taken down 3 large mirrors and need the holes to be filled and touch up repainted. We have the paint for both jobs.
