Ian was great to deal with from the get go. He arrived promptly to provide a quote, and sent it through that night. Work began a week or two later, as he was able to fit the job around his schedule. He arrived on time both days, and completed the work efficiently, and in less time than expected. Ian was accomodating, and accepted extra jobs within the project without hesitation. He did an outstanding job, and we are very pleased with the results.
