Taupo property. Weather board house needing an external paint job. Looking to tidy it up for sale. Average 3 bedroom property. roof needs a paint also. Painting required from say the window frames outwards including the external of windows, frames, and house surface. House just been cleaned externally so only needs a quick water blast on some areas and a few sanding prep areas on main house surface. Looking to get windows putty replaced in some areas. 1 quote for house excluding garage and 1 quote including garage would be good. Price and time it can be done is both important so please provide a quote and a confirmed time the job can be booked to be done. House currently empty so for out of town people there may be an opportunity to stay on site while doing the job depending on when the job can be done - however price would need to reflect this accommodation.
