We need three bedrooms, hallway, lounge/dining and kitchen painted including ceilings, skirts etc. Old carpet will stay till completion. Laundry/toilet and bathroom we will sort as under construction. Keen on a start asap. We are living in the house but can meet demands re clearing rooms etc.
