Require painting of house located in central Motueka. Single storey. Floor area 140 m². Wall construction concrete. See attached pictures for some idea of the exterior of the house. Painting of exterior includes soffits - Treat with moss and mould - Waterblast - To all cracks apply MS filla - Extra work on external corner, requires plastering outside the garage - Prep area. Fill all holes and cracks. Sand. - Apply 2 coats of paint If you want to give a estimate (or visit and quote) the entire job that is fine. We are also happy with a hourly/daily labour rate and we can provide materials, etc.
