Interior paint job

Job description

Interior Painting
South Wairarapa

Interior paint job - walls, windows and doors - We have measured the place and hopefully this is enough explanation for you to provide an estimate of costs for an interior paint job. Essentially the place is one very large room, one bedroom, stairs and a further large upstairs bedroom. The large room is 700cm wide at one end and 550cm at the other and 1000cm long. There is a kind of an alcove which is 400cm long and150 cm deep, making the room not completely rectangular. There are 4 windows 100cm x 40; 2 double doors at 200cm x 203 cm; and two windows each at 100cm x 132 cm and 100 cm x 93cm. All windows and doors in this room are aluminium but require paint around the wooden frames. The hallway off the lounge is cross shaped one arm being 550cm and the other 210 cm long. This hallway has four wooden doors all requiring to be painted on both sides as well as their frames and one large hot water cupboard 190cm x 203 also requiring to be painted along with its frame. The first bedroom is 380 cm x 390cm and has one cupboard the same size as the hallway cupboard and one window 85cm x 100 cm. Upstairs is 400cm wide by 900cm long and has four windows 100cm x 40 cm and one larger one at 180cm x 70 cm. We have purchased resene ceiling paint and xylene low sheen wall paint and waterborne enamel for the wooden frames/doors. The hallway and main room currently don’t have any skirting boards but they need to be installed. Everywhere else does have skirting.
