Cologne Street Interior
Job description
We have a small 3 bedroom house in Martinborough that we'd like painted internally. The area of the entire house is 111m2 which includes a small kitchen/dining/living area, a utility area, a separate toilet, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms around 3m x 4m and one bedroom around 3m x 5m and an internal garage. We'd also like to paint a small part of the eaves and we'd like to stain the fence (optional). The property was built in 2002 and is all colorsteel exterior with modern and simple internal walls and doors. The property is vacant and is awaiting carpets which will be installed late August. We'd like the interior complete before the carpets go in ideally. Attached is a photo of the living dining before we'd taken the carpets out.

Dan did a brilliant job in decorating the entire interior of our 3 bedrooms rental in preparation for sale. He got the work done to a high standard well within timeframes and offered to come back for touch ups once the carpets and other interior work had been done. He was is very professional and we've employed him to do some work at our family home where he has also been very professional and flexible. I'd highly recommend him!
