Hi there, I am looking for my villa to be painted in Eltham, South Taranaki. Just one exterior colour, quarter silver chalice with white trim. Exterior painting: - Preparation (scrape, wash/clean, sand) - Some boards may need replacing or affixing - Timber surfacer will be applied - Undercoat will be applied - Two top coats Paint Soffits, fascia, gable ends, windows, doors, skirting boards No garages and sheds It is also possible to live in the house if you are from out of town, it is all set up and power on.
