Window frame in laundry moved away from wall slightly, needs filling. Laundry door needs adjustment as sticking. Several tiles in laundry floor need replacing. Concrete floor in garage has crack in it, needs epoxy fill. Wall around windows in garage need plastering and painting. Minor hairline cracks in ceiling in two bedrooms needs plastering and painting.
