Roof Mishap

We have a lounge ceiling that needs refurbishment: We had a roof leak so paint blistered and peeling in one corner and the roofers dropped a tile right through the ceiling in the opposite corner, disrupting the ceiling structure. Its not big but will need fixing before painting. So I am looking for someone with skills outside just painting. There are a few other remedial painting jobs to be done where the walls got damaged replacing the windows with double glazing. As a separate quote, we also have the priming, sealing and painting of window ledges throughout the house, which were newly installed with the new windows. The house is tenanted, so consideration will be needed when this work gets done.
