Painter

Wanting a painter to paint the window frames and window sills of my rental property in Rotorua. This is an older house built in 1950's so sum windows may need to have the "putty"topped up or replaced. Some windows may need to be sanded as they are peeling. There is opeing doors in the lounge and in one of the bedrooms which is in need of paint too. This is a small 4 bedroom house with seperate bathroom and toilet. I would like the job to be completed by 12th March.
