Carpet layers have left scratched and scuff marks on our polyurethane skirtings when laying new carpets. The skirtings require a light sand and one coat of polyurethane without leakage on to the new carpet. House has 7 smallish bedrooms, lounge & dining, one hall and 2 stair cases.
