Finish painting of house (high areas)

We have recently painted our house, however have some areas that are too high for us to reach and would like to get a quote for someone to come and finish them off for us. Painting includes barge board (board underneath spouting) around roof of house, painting of 2 windows which are out of reach of normal ladder, 1 set of concrete steps (which may require some prep work) and also the 'triangle' part of the house above garage. See attached photos. We have the house paint and also concrete paint, just need someone with time and a ladder or scaffolding etc to finish the job for us. Everywhere except the steps has been prepped as much as we could.
